The Estate Organiser
A Christmas present they will open twice

Give The Estate Organiser as a gift

A sealed envelope lands in their inbox at 9am on Christmas morning, or any day you choose. Inside it: your letter, your voice if you want, a photo, and their own Estate Organiser to fill in.

The whole thing in under two minutes: what you do, then what they see.

How it works

Four steps, about five minutes

1

You buy it

$79, once. Card, Apple Pay or PayPal. You are not asked for their address, only their email.

2

You write the letter

Two or three sentences in your own words. Record a voice note if you like, and add a photo that means something to you both.

3

You pick the moment

Christmas morning at 9am, their time, or any day and time you choose. Seal it, and you are done.

4

They open it

They press the seal, the envelope opens, your words are inside, and their Estate Organiser is ready to start.

You can change the letter, the voice note or the day any time before it sends. We email you the moment they open it. And there is a card to print for under the tree, with a short link on it, in case they are not an email person.
What they get

The one book their family will need one day

The Estate Organiser is a fillable book, not an app and not a subscription. One place for everything their family would need to know: the accounts, the super, the insurance, the people to call, the passwords, the wishes in their own words. They fill it in on a computer or iPad, a little at a time, and print any page they want to keep.

Your gift arrives as a sealed envelope. They open it, read your letter, hear your voice, and find the book inside. A keepsake page with your words prints out to tuck inside the front cover. The book is theirs for life, and it is also emailed to them so it can never be lost.

"Mum, you've always been the one who keeps everything together. This is so none of us ever has to guess. No rush. Love, Sarah."

Questions people ask

Before you give it

Will they know it is from me?

Yes. The email says "there's a letter for you" with your name on it, the envelope has their name and "with love, from you", and your letter is the first thing they see when it opens.

What if they are not good with email?

Print the card we send you and put it under the tree. It has a short address and a code to point a phone camera at, so anyone in the room can open it with them. The book is emailed to them as well, so nothing is lost.

Can I give one to Mum and one to Dad?

Yes. Each gift is its own sealed envelope, with its own letter, voice note and day, so buy them one at a time and write each letter for the person opening it. Both are $79, and they each get their own Estate Organiser to fill in.

Can I change the letter or the day after I pay?

Yes, any time before it sends, from the link in your email. Once it has gone, it has gone, so we hold it until the minute you chose.

What do they need to use the book?

A computer, laptop or iPad and a free PDF reader, which every one of them already has. They type into the boxes, save, and print whatever pages they want. No account, no app, no subscription.

Is it a will?

No. The will and powers of attorney are legal documents done with a solicitor or your state's public trustee. The Estate Organiser is everything else: where things are, who to call, and what they want. It has a page to note where the legal documents are kept.

Give them the one thing nobody else will

Five minutes now. A sealed envelope on Christmas morning, your voice inside, and a book their family will be glad they had.
