Our 30-day refund guarantee
We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you're not satisfied with The Estate Organiser, the Executor Course, or any other paid product, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. Please include:
- The name and email address used to make the purchase
- The product you purchased
- The date of purchase
You don't need to give us a reason. We process refunds within 5–10 business days, and the refund will be returned to the original payment method.
Free resources
Free resources (such as the Executor Toolkit and the First 48 Hours Checklist) are not eligible for refunds because they are provided at no cost.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty, not as described, or doesn't do what we said it would, you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law in addition to our refund guarantee.
